In an effort to keep our community safe and healthy,
the annual Memorial Walk for Hope & Healing is going virtual!
Join our Center for Grief & Loss staff as we remember loved ones lost,
reflect, and share hopes for the future.
1. Register below by September 24 to receive an email message on
Saturday, September 26 at 9:00 am with the virtual event content.
Note that this is a pre-recorded event, so you can participate virtually at anytime.
2. Independently, or while gathering safely with family and friends, watch the event
which includes acts of remembrance, reflection, and a reading of the names of those we remember (because a pre-recorded event, names being read should have been summited by Friday, September 18).
3. Take time to go on a short walk. Getting out into fresh air and thinking of a loved one
who has passed can provide great comfort and reflection.
Register to Participate!
Include the email addresses of any guests that you would also like to receive the event message.
The virtual Memorial Walk for Hope & Healing is provided at no charge this year, though usually individual registration is $10 and family registration is $20. Might you consider providing a free will donation so that we can sustain programming and continue to make services available to all? If yes, there is a button to add a donation on once you click register. Thank you!
Thank you for registering for our virtual event!
You (and any guests you listed) will now receive an email on Saturday, September 26th at 9:00am to participate in the Memorial Walk for Hope & Healing.
